Tony is great! Love him!!! He and others in the service department and overall dealership have taken wonderful care of me since my husband passed 7 years ago. He was a retiree from Chrysler of 42 years. We have been a committed customer of Bill Marsh since 1994. I was very disappointed to see so few employees around there yesterday. My service took 6 hours to clean front and rear caliper brackets. Sadly you’ve removed your shuttle service. 6 hours is a very long time to wait for service. I’m saddened to see all of the customer services you have removed. If I didn’t know the remaining employees as well as I do it would have made for a very annoying experience. It’s very sad to experience the lack of amenities that was once the “norm” for so many years. If not for my comfort and confidence with the few remaining employees, I would probably not purchase a new vehicle from Serra again.
