I brought the car in for regular service with a few extra questions/issues. Jackson was exceptionally professional - reaching out to other members of his team to ensure that I had the correct answers. In regards to my charges - he thoroughly explained why we were being charged for what we thought would be a covered service, and gave me the data needed to address my issues with Ganley Hyundai in Parma. I couldn't ask for better service.

Jackson was good to work with. Overall updates on the car did not seem very timely, but I do not think that was necessarily Jackson's fault. Sarah was working with corporate or someone to determine what the fixes would be and things are on back order. He did excellent work. However, our car has been in the shop 9 months out of the last year and a half. We took the car home and 3 Days later the same check engine light and check EV lights were back on
